SGN 6in1 is a revolutionary product from HMS that allows you to perform many strength exercises with one set of equipment. SGN 6in1 consists of sixteen plates, two short bars, one bar extension, two handles and two kettlebell stands and clamps. You can use them to create the following devices:
Barbell: Connect two bars together with an extension bar, adjust the load and enjoy your workout. The barbell allows you to perform multi-joint exercises, such as squats, presses, deadlifts and cleans. These exercises target multiple muscle groups at once and improve coordination, strength, endurance and muscle mass.
Thanks to the SGN 6in1, you can extend your barbell, which thanks to its wider grip allows you to adapt it to your needs. A wide grip requires greater stabilization and balance, which strengthens deep and postural muscles and improves body posture.
Two dumbbells: Attach the weights to the bar on both sides and tighten the clamps securely. Two dumbbells are perfect for exercises such as biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back. Training with dumbbells is versatile because it allows you to perform exercises for every part of the body and reproduce all basic human movement patterns. You can exercise both strength and endurance.
Two kettlebells: Place the plates on the stand and screw the handle onto the kettlebell. This set allows you to train with one or two kettlebells. A kettlebell is a type of weight that is used to perform many types of exercises, such as ballistic exercises, which combine cardio, strength and flexibility training.
