Thanks to their precise profiling, they enable the barbell to be lifted and put down safely and securely during training.
The mounting system allows the holders to be quickly repositioned on the main pole. Mounting the grips involves inserting a pin into the pole mounting hole and rotating the grip until it locks into place.
