Shipping And delivery 

Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany and the rest of EU takes 5 to 15 working days maximum for big products and aproximitelly 5 working days for small products.

Please NOTE that all products that we manufacture for client special specifications will take up to 20 working days.

If you buy equipment that is refurbished the whole process of preparing product for you including delivery will also take aproximitelly 20 working days.

Delivery to Islands may take 7 working days more.

We ship via GLS, DHL, UPS, TNT or large orders via Raben or private delivery companies.

We assume responsibility for handling the tasks involved in moving the goods from our warehause to the courier van however shipments are insured so in case of damage product will be exchanged or refunded . 

In case that packaging is damanged please state that on delivery of your products so we will be able to recover damanges cost.

For orders outside of Europe we are advicing to contact us before puchase to calculate delivery costs.
