There are twenty-seven fi 30mm holes in the plate. In the set you receive two wooden climbing rods with a diameter of the grip part fi 35mm.
Below the plate we have placed an additional bar to facilitate the starting position, which can be used as a stand-alone pull-up device.
The plate is mounted using two mounting screws, so that the device is securely attached to the main pole.
