Backrest adjustment system

The backrest and seat of the MH-L107 bench can be set in seven positions, and the angle of the backrest can be adjusted from -10° to 76°. This will allow you to do complex exercises for your chest and shoulder muscles. It is worth noting that the backrest moves in relation to the stands when setting positive angles. Thanks to this, you can comfortably and safely remove the barbell from the forks of the stands during the bench press.

Expandable

The MH-L107 2.0 bench has the ability to mount accessories from the same series. You can mount a lift, a prayer bar or a leg exerciser to it. Thanks to this, the range of exercises performed is much greater and the effects are more visible. The use of the pressure knob has a positive effect on the safety of the exercises when an additional accessory is mounted.

Belaying hooks

The barbell restraint hooks have been designed to maintain maximum safety and comfort during exercise. This is why we have taken care to ensure that there is adequate distance between the handles.

Foldable

The MH-L107 2.0 bench is extremely compact - you can easily fold it after your workout, so it will fit even in a small workout room.
