Stationary adjustable exercise rails Mh-D212 - Marbo Sport

The MH-D212 adjustable stationary exercise rails are designed for training multiple muscle groups.

They take up very little space - ideal equipment for the home. Their simple and reliable design allows you to sculpt both your abdominal muscles by performing leg raises and your arm muscles thanks to the possibility of practising Swedish push-ups.

Thanks to the use of a strong 40x40 mm profile in combination with a 30 mm tube, they reach a maximum strength of 200 kg.

The handrails are powder-coated in black and red.

Handrail height adjustment

The MH-D212 handrails are equipped with height adjustment.

You get two levels of adjustment, 86 cm and 95 cm.

Thanks to this solution, you can adjust them to your height to make your workout even more comfortable.

Adjustable lower bar

The MH-D212 handrails have an adjustable lower bar, which increases the range of exercises that can be performed and acts as a reinforcement for the entire structure.

The crossbar can be adjusted in height from 29 cm to 44 cm.

Adjustable handrail spacing

You can easily adjust the MH-D212 handrails to your requirements by setting the spacing of your choice.

The adjustment is smooth, ranging from 42 cm to 109 cm.

Four pressure knobs ensure that the handrails are securely locked in the set position.

Increased exercise range

The MH-D212 adjustable handrails have an additional 12 cm long push-up handle.

By locating it on the outside of the handrail, you can perform exercises such as French push-ups more freely.

Combined with the height adjustment, the lower bar and the possibility of disconnecting, the MH-D212 handrails form a device for a comprehensive workout using your own body weight.

Plastic feet

Thanks to the plastic feet on the stand's legs, you can be sure that it will not scratch your floor.
