The MFT-A021 grips allow you to perform squats without removing the barbell from the racks. This solution allows you to concentrate fully on your training, especially when you are using the maximum load of the barbell.
The attachment system allows you to quickly change the position of the grips on the main pole. Mounting the grips involves inserting a pin into the pole mounting hole and rotating the grip until it locks into place.
