Every home gym has its must-haves, without which it's hard to get on with your workout. One of them is the MH-W108 wall-mounted lift. from the Marbo Home series, aimed at lovers of exercise at home.

With our lift, you'll be able to build up and strengthen your upper body without too much difficulty, as well as work on sculpting and outlining your abdominal muscles. In order to make it as easy for you as possible and to enable the most effective training, we have created a set consisting of a lift, load bar, steel cable with snap hooks and a long handle MH-C001.

The well-thought-out and sturdy design of the lift will guarantee you a fully safe independent workout. We have decided to use the best Polish metal sheet of the appropriate thickness, thanks to which the lift reaches a strength of up to 120 kg!

The MH-W108. will not pass you by indifferently, not only because of its robust construction, but also because of its unique design. Every detail has been manufactured with the utmost care. The metal parts have been powder-coated for a perfect surface finish. Every single screw and nut has been protected with plastic caps, the wheels have been covered with red housings, all so that you can not only enjoy the use of our equipment but also its appearance.

With our lift you will perform exercises such as:

• Straightening forearms horizontally on a standing overhead lift
• Straightening forearms on a standing overhead lift
• Overhead lift bar pull-ups to the chest by overhead grip
• Upper lift bar pull to chest by underhand grip
• Overhead lift bar pull to the nape of the neck by overhead grip

Solutions used

Load bar

You can adjust the load in the lift by using universal pulleys, which you put on the bar, extended for your comfort to 46 cm. With the help of a carabiner you can easily and safely attach them to the rope. Thanks to the 22 mm diameter tube, you can use any load available on the market.

Rope with buffer

To protect the pulley from damage when letting go of the bar too abruptly at the end of the exercise, we have equipped the end of the cable with a thick, rubber, ball-shaped buffer.

Bearings and bushings

Jamming and faulty castors? Not with us! To ensure smooth movement, the castors are guided on bearings and a bushing system, specially developed for this equipment, prevents the cable from falling out of the guides. We don't want to get on your nerves!

Modern finish

Sports equipment should be distinctive and characterful. We've chosen a specially shaped handle and a thick rubber ball so that your home gym isn't expressionless and encourages you to get your next workout in.
