In this case, you can also use the Roman bench as a prayer bench and perform an exercise involving the biceps muscles. Handles on the sides are perfect for doing push-ups. We cannot forget that by placing the bench diagonally downwards, it is possible to perform inclinations, i.e. the so-called crunches. This arrangement is also an attractive option when pressing dumbbells or barbells. This allows you to develop the chest muscle more widely.
