UW13B HMS, is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting with small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the front and lateral shoulder muscles, up to the widest muscles and back extensor.
The length of the bar and the spacing of the handles allow for both narrow and wide grip exercises. This results in an effective workout. The handles are angled. In this way, they engage alternative muscle attachments to a straight grip during each exercise. The rubber-coated handle provides a secure and comfortable grip, preventing the tool from slipping out of the hand. The handle is made of steel. This makes it possible to train with a significant load.
