The BLM02 HMS is a double ball used for relaxing excessively tense muscle and fascial points.
The BLM02 HMS massage balls are very easy to use. All you need to do is put it against a hard surface, such as a wall or the floor, so as to stabilise its movement, then apply pressure to selected points on the body.
Using massage balls, we can reach even the most inaccessible parts of the muscles. Their effectiveness is due to their small size, thanks to which it is possible to apply precise pressure to the trigger points, i.e. the source of pain.
