Movable arms force the hands to work, which means that not only the lower but also the upper muscle groups are involved in the training, which in turn makes the exercises more effective. If our training plans require greater involvement of the upper muscle groups, thanks to special footrests it is possible to work only with our hands. By placing your feet on the footrests, you will gain a comfortable position for maximum work of your hands.

OPX01 HMS – ankle bands (2 pcs), thanks to which you can easily diversify the training of the buttocks, adductors and abductors.

HMS bands help strengthen and increase strength in your legs, thighs, buttocks and hips. Neoprene lining ensures safety and comfort in the ankle joint, comfortable and durable material increases training comfort. A strong, double steel ring allows you to train on any type of ski lift.

URP01 HMS is a rope holder. The device is made of the highest quality steel, which guarantees safety during exercise. The holder can be mounted in a selected place on the wall.

The URP01 HMS holder can be successfully used to suspend training bands and ropes. The set includes four 12 mm metal anchors, so installation will not be a problem and the handle will be firmly attached.

UWX HMS is a holder for ropes, tapes and belts.

The device is made of the highest quality steel, which translates into a long product life. The holder can be mounted in a selected place on the wall or ceiling. The large mounting diameter - 12 cm, thick handles and the appropriate spacing of the pins ensure safety during training, even with heavy loads.
