KRM20 HMS is an adjustable soft kettlebell. It is a unique device that, thanks to its form, allows you to perform almost all exercises reserved for a traditional kettlebell. By using soft "plates" filled with sand, it allows for quick and easy load changes. This allows it to replace several weights of different weights. The "plates" are made of soft material and covered with mesh. The main part of the kettlebell, on which they are placed, is made of thick, hard plastic. The entire construction of the KRM20 and the materials used in it ensure great comfort and safety of exercises - when training, you do not have to worry about bruises and bruises. The long and wide handle, made of thick rope, has a hard and comfortable handle - covered with a soft, non-slip material that fits very well in the hand and does not cause calluses. The bottom of the kettlebell is flat and regardless of the number of plates attached, it stands firmly on the ground. Training with an adjustable kettlebell strengthens the muscles, perfectly develops motor coordination, and at the same time increases the overall efficiency of the body. Its great advantage is the ability to perform the so-called multi-joint exercises that activate muscles that are often omitted during classic strength training.
