The use of FB02 HMS is very simple, just wrap the rubber around a specific place, joint or muscle and start performing active or passive movements in a given joint or those that will contract and stretch a specific muscle. When wrapping the tape around yourself, we try to maintain about 70% of its tension. Too light a wrap will not be effective, and too tight a wrap may lead to injuries. The safe time after which the tape should be unwound is approximately 1.30 to 2 minutes.
