The PAO T42 training target is perfect for training in stand-up combat sports (Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, etc.) to train combinations consisting of boxing and kicking techniques.
The shields are comfortable and light, which allows the trainer to quickly change their position when performing punch combinations.
The offer is for 1 black and white dial
Elongated profile and professional filling
The dial has the dimensions of a classic PAO dial. It is large enough for efficient hand and foot strike training, and at the same time light and comfortable for a partner assisting during training.
The size of the disc allows for quick and convenient changes in its position, making it particularly recommended for training punch combinations.
The dimensions of the shield are: 44 cm x 20 cm and 12 cm thick!
The shield is filled with so-called polyurethane foam. reclaimed material with a hardness of 90 lg/m3, the reclaimed material is characterized by very good shock absorption and a much longer service life than traditional foams.
Very strong material
The shield is made of 7-layer plavil with an embedded nylon interlace, making it virtually impossible to tear during training.
All stitching is made with core threads ensuring long-term durability and resistance to weather conditions.
Strong handles
The shield has handles and two Velcro straps, thanks to which it is stably attached to the hand. It does not slip or twist even during intense training.
