The DBX-W-10B training shield is a shield made of natural cowhide - ensuring high resistance to abrasion and tearing.

Thanks to the designation of 5 numbered zones, the target is perfect for training sessions, during which the trainer gives the zone numbers and the player's role is to perform a hit or a series of hits on the given zones as quickly as possible.

The shield is mounted on the wall, and its optimal dimensions allow for comfortable training of boxing punches, elbows and knees.

Training on a wall target is an excellent alternative or complement to training on a classic punching bag.

Optimal sizes

The dimensions of the target were selected in cooperation with boxing and MuayThai trainers to ensure comfortable training of various hand and foot techniques.

The height of the disc (impact surface) is 60 cm and its width is 40 cm to provide a large impact surface. The shield canopy is 37 cm high and its sides are slightly slanted to ensure greater comfort during hook stroke training.
