What distinguishes the 30 mm 120 cm MW-G120L-EX-SR lightly broken screw grips?

Thanks to the knurled grip, a secure hold is guaranteed, and as a result: training with the griffin is completely safe, the risk of the equipment slipping is minimal. The chrome finish protects the griffin from corrosion and scratching, and ensures the equipment looks impeccable. The griffin comes with two threaded clamps, protected by a rubber pad to prevent unscrewing during training.

The griffin is a fully versatile piece of equipment, allowing you to train many parts of your muscles.

  • deadlift with the barbell on straight legs,
  • squeezing the barbell in a narrow grip while lying down,
