PYB01 HMS, is a soft plyometric box.
The PYB01 HMS box, is made of durable materials that make it sturdy, yet soft enough on the outside to protect the exerciser from possible injury caused by impact. By flipping the box over, you get three different heights and at the same time a different training surface. The box can withstand even the most intense workouts and is also sweat and moisture resistant.
The main use of plyometric boxes, as the name suggests, was and is plyometric training. The aim of this training, is to increase muscular power and thus increase training capacity. Plyometric training can be used in any sport that requires speed, agility and reflexes. Of course, the boxes can also be used for many other exercises, not related to plyometrics.
