HHW09 HMS is an adjustable hula hoop with studs and a gravity ball for fitness. It allows for simultaneous training and 360-degree waist massage. How does HHW09 work?
The operation of HHW09 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (weight) attached. When performing circular movements with the hips, centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravitational ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles in a state of tension.

Training and massage in one:
Through the 360-degree movement, rubber heads with protrusions placed around the entire circumference of the loop adapt to the body, which creates an additional massage effect, providing the body with a pleasant feeling. The three-dimensional massage technique quickly stimulates the muscles. Built-in protrusions with a specially developed appearance have shock absorption for comfortable training. Adjust the vibration intensity by rotation speed.
Circuit adjustment:
Quickly and conveniently reduce or increase the size of the wheel, just remove or attach as many elements as you need. HHW09 has a total of 16 elements. The size can be set from 14 to 16 elements, i.e. waist circumference from 76cm to 91cm (loop diameter: 34.5cm to 39cm). Thanks to this, the device will never fall during training, so even beginners can use it.
Strap adjustment:
An additional advantage is the ability to change the length of the gravity ball strip. It ranges from 22cm to 38cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during exercise, i.e. the greater the weight and the higher the difficulty of performing rotations.
Comfort of use:
The device has a structure made of high-quality PVC. The rail is mounted on ball bearings made of stainless steel. All this together makes the rotation flexible and undisturbed, which further increases the feeling of satisfaction during training. Additionally, the gravity ball is filled with sand, which also contributes to even and uniform rotation.
Compact size and easy installation:
Installation is done using clips. Just press the clip to pull out or insert an additional element. Then insert the gravity ball rail into the loop, adjust the length of the strap and you're done. It is important not to remove the element containing the sensor responsible for providing data. Additionally, thanks to its compact size, it is easy to carry, you can take this product with you everywhere.
Intelligent LCD display
HHW09 is equipped with an LCD display that shows the number of repetitions (revolutions) performed during training. This will make monitoring your achievements much easier.
