How does the OHA02 work?
The operation of the OHA02 is very simple and intuitive. The whole thing is based on the work of a gravity ball inside an enclosed rail. The hips work in the same way as when using a traditional hula-hoop, however, thanks to the proper adjustment of the circumference to the waist, the hoop does not fall down and even beginners are able to train effectively and safely.

When performing a 360-degree movement, the heads located in each segment of the hula hoop alternate pressure on the body, which creates an additional massage effect, providing a pleasant feeling. The loop is opened with the clips. Then connect the subsequent elements by sliding one element into the other, so that the tabs go into the corresponding holes. When reducing the elements, grab the corresponding element with one hand and squeeze in such a way that the tabs slide out of the holes. Then insert the gravity ball rail into the loop and close the clips. Its compact size makes it easy to carry, so you can take this product anywhere.
