The UWC31 are double handles, designed for training on an overhead or bottom lift, or for attaching exercise bands. They can be used for a whole range of exercises for different upper body muscle groups, starting with small groups like biceps and triceps, through shoulder muscles to back and chest.
The foam handles guarantee the comfort of the exercises by protecting against imprints on the hands. In addition, the soft grip automatically makes the grip tighter, which means that the muscles in the forearm will be heavily involved during exercise. The high-quality straps with which the handles are attached to the lift enable training with a significant load.
The UWC31 is ideal for building up your muscles and also for stretching them in combination with training bands.
