The UW03 HMS is a single handle, designed for training on an overhead or bottom lift. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different upper body muscle groups, starting with small groups like biceps and triceps, through shoulder muscles to back and chest.
The steel, rough handle prevents the tool from slipping out of your hand, while requiring you to have a firmer grip. This also helps to work on the development of the forearm muscles. The high-grade steel makes it possible to train with a significant load. The rotating handle installed in the UW03 model allows for faster and more effective training of those muscle groups which cannot be covered by a classic grip.
