The UW01 HMS is a single handle, designed for training on an overhead or bottom lift. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different upper body muscle groups, starting with small groups like biceps and triceps, before shoulder muscles, up to the back and chest.
The rubberised handle allows for a secure and comfortable grip. This allows you to focus on performing the exercise accurately, without worrying that the handle may slip out of your hands. Being made from high quality steel gives you the ability to train with a significant load. The handle is also rotatable, which allows you to increase the range of movement.
