HMS is pleased to present the MP6548 air bike, a must-have device in the gym for some time, and undoubtedly in the cross club.

This is a revolution in cardio and endurance training, and, which might seem strange in the case of regular bikes, in strength training.

Movable arms force the hands to work, which means that not only the lower but also the upper muscle groups are involved in the training, which in turn makes the exercises more effective. If our training plans require greater involvement of the upper muscle groups, thanks to special footrests it is possible to work only with our hands. By placing your feet on the footrests, you will gain a comfortable position for maximum work of your hands.

DC30 HMS is a bar connected to rubber bands, thanks to which we can perform a whole range of exercises. A lightweight device for versatile use. It can replace thera bands, with the difference that it will be more comfortable to use. It will work well in any type of training or rehabilitation.

We will use DC30 to train both upper and lower muscle groups. It can be used at every level of advancement of the practitioner. With its help, we will also perform exercises that increase mobility, range of motion in joints and motor coordination.

We can perform the exercises by putting rubber bands on our feet and moving the bar, or vice versa, by holding the bar with our legs and stretching the bands.
