BBR  plates reach, depending on weight, from 75 to 96 points on the Shore scale. This means that these plates are much more durable than cheaper, rubberized plates available on the market.

Each plate is calibrated by weight and dimensions. This means that the disk weight must be between +0.5% and -0.5%. The inner diameter has been adapted to Olympic bars. Precise workmanship ensures weight stability during intense training.
