REFURBISHMENT PROCESS OF FITNESS EQUIPMENT STEP-BY-STEP:
Step 1
Our employees go to our clients, load the equipment and transport it to the appropriate service department. Our clients may also arrange their own transportation needed.
Step 2
The equipment that is sent to us for the regeneration process in the first stage is completely dismantled.
Step 3
The permanent elements, for example metal frames, and plastic parts are all thoroughly cleaned, after which they are sent to the Paint Shop for the next step.
Step 4
The next step is replacing any parts that need to be with new pieces, such as bearings or shock absorbers.
Step 5
All electronic parts which are sent to our Technical Department are first tested for their wear and tear. Depending on the assessment they are then regenerated and/or changed out for completely new pieces.
Step 6
After the completed regeneration process the equipment undergoes technical inspection. Finally the last step is in our Quality Control Department-here the equipment is tested technically and undergoes a strict visual inspection to ensure everything is in accordance with our standards—then we can finally deliver to our clients.
Step 7
All equipment is packaged with utmost care to ensure the safety during transport and unloading on-site.

Customisation
Any piece of refurbished equipment may be painted to the specifications of the client, we can re-sticker the pieces, or add/and or customize any part of the graphics that are requested.
Customization and the personalization of products give the fitness equipment unique character, which influences the look of the fitness club and the gym.

If your gym is matched with equipment in a different color than the original one, our experts will take care of it.
We will paint the equipment in any color you choose, we will also choose and change the upholstery to match the overall appearance of the machine.
