DC31 HMS is a bar connected to rubber bands, thanks to which we can perform a whole range of exercises. A lightweight device for versatile use. It can replace thera bands, with the difference that it will be more comfortable to use. It will work well in any type of training or rehabilitation.

We will use DC31 to train both upper and lower muscle groups. It can be used at every level of advancement of the practitioner. Rubber bands in three load ranges will allow you to vary the intensity of individual exercises. Using the bar, we will also perform exercises that increase mobility, range of motion in joints and motor coordination.

We can perform the exercises by putting rubber bands on our feet and moving the bar, or vice versa, by holding the bar with our legs and stretching the bands. An additional handle will allow you to attach the bands to the door, thanks to which you will be able to perform even more exercises.
