The vest was filled with cast steel and not sand, as in the case of cheaper versions.

Cast steel provides approximately 3 times more weight for the same volume, which means that the vest will be much more compact and therefore much more comfortable during training.

Thanks to the smaller volume of the vest, you will be able to exercise more freely without feeling any discomfort or restriction of movement.

Below is a comparison of the volume of 1 kg of sand and 1 kg of cast steel.

In order to ensure even greater durability and comfort during exercise, the following changes have been introduced in the new version of the vest 2.0:

• a 2 x larger and therefore more durable and more comfortable Velcro buckle was used (from size 4.5 x 2.5 cm to 9 x 6 cm)
• the width of the Velcro fastening straps has been increased by 65%, improving their durability and vest stabilization (from 3 cm to 5 cm)
• the weight of the material was increased by approximately 15%, making it even more resistant to tears and abrasion.
• Larger and stronger Velcro fastening buckles were used

The new vest model is covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty!

This is probably the longest warranty for this type of product in Europe.

UNIVERSAL USE

The weight vest can be used both by professional athletes of various sports disciplines and during recreational training. Its function is to additionally load the muscles during physical activity, which significantly accelerates the training effects. Weighted vests are recommended for, among others, training:

VERY STRONG MATERIAL

From June 1, 2021, we use a new, even stronger model of Cordura material in all DBX Bushido vests. This material is extremely durable and resistant to damage. It is used to make, among others: clothes for motorcyclists, mountaineering backpacks and even bulletproof vests.

The inside of the vest is trimmed with soft foam and a pleasant to the touch, thermo-permeable material, thanks to which the vest does not cause abrasions to the body during training.

FREEDOM OF REGULATION

The vest has as many as 12 inserts - each of them weighing about 2.5 kg, so you can freely adjust its weight in the range of up to 30 kg, adapting it to the exercise being performed and your training progress. All inserts are secured with strong Velcro, so they do not move or fall out during exercise.

STEEL FILLING

Each insert is filled with steel filling, which gives a large weight with a small volume.

The weight of cast steel is approximately 3 times greater than the weight of sand used in cheaper versions of the vests.

The smaller volume of the vest significantly improves the comfort of training - especially in the case of exercises in which it is important to maintain proper technique and freedom of movement.
