The 180 punching bag is a very large and heavy bag designed for punch strength training.

DAMAGE-RESISTANT MATERIAL
The bag is made of multi-layer plavil, resistant to abrasion, tearing and weather conditions, ensuring long-term durability of use.

BREAK-RESISTANT CHAINS
The bag comes with a set of chains with a swivel. Each chain has welded links ensuring high resistance to tearing.
The load capacity of each chain exceeds 120 kg, providing a total load capacity of 500 kg!
ROUND STRAP AND TIED CLOSURE
The carrying straps of the bag are covered with a surrounding belt to provide additional protection during impacts and to increase the training surface of the bag.
The upper lid of the bag has a tight, tied closure that is resistant to tearing during training loads
VERY GOOD FILLING
We use a specially prepared mixture of several fillers to fill our bags.
Thanks to the combination of several types of filling, our bags not only have the right weight but also provide adequate flexibility, thanks to which the bag does not deform under the influence of impacts.
The appropriate filling method ensures uniform hardness of the bag over its entire surface.
DIMENSIONS CUSTOMIZED FOR EFFECTIVE TRAINING
The bag, 180 cm high and approx. 126 cm in circumference (approx. 40 cm in diameter), is a very large and heavy bag intended for punch strength training.
A bag in this size is completely sufficient for effective training of hand and foot techniques - it is most often chosen by martial arts clubs. The most demanding players practice on it.
The bag is filled to a weight of approx. 50 kg - you will also receive a box with filling weighing approx. 10 kg. After pouring the filling into the bag, the bag weight will be 60 kg.
The length of the presented bag including the chain is approx. 220 cm!
The bag's chains are equipped with an additional detachable carabiner, so you can freely adjust the length of the chain to suit low rooms.
REINFORCED BOTTOM AND LOWER FIXING
The greatest load on the bag rests on its bottom wall. That's why Bushido bags have a double reinforced bottom and additional tapes to strengthen its durability.
The bag is equipped with an additional fastening that allows you to attach the bag from the bottom, limiting its swinging during training. Bags should be attached to expanders, stiff lines should not be used for this purpose.
