Five back angles and three seat angles

The SG11 bench has as many as five backrest adjustment angles and three seat levels! With a flick of the wrist, you can set up the bench for shoulder exercises, overhead obliques and horizontal bench presses.

In the horizontal position, the bench is 48 cm high. Thanks to this design, even shorter people will be able to confidently place their feet on the ground when bench pressing barbells horizontally.
