Grip bar Uw 04 - Hms

UW04 HMS, is a double handle, designed for training on the upper and lower lift. It is used to exercise the back muscles, but it will also work well for exercises with half a barbell (the other half leaning against the floor). The barbell fits perfectly into the centre of the grip, allowing you the freedom to perform a rowing exercise with half the barbell in a torso drop.

The triangular construction of the grip guarantees perfect hand positioning and at the same time forces the correct movement during the exercise. The rubberised grip provides a secure hold and prevents the barbell from slipping out of the hand, while at the same time requiring a firmer grip. In this way, we also work on developing the muscles of the forearm. The not too wide spacing of the handle, makes it easier to maintain the correct path of movement, i.e. to keep the elbows close to the torso. The UW04 is made of high-quality chrome-plated steel, allowing you to train with a considerable load.
