Ich habe Klimmzüge immer als extrem schwierig empfunden. Im Fitnessstudio war es mir peinlich, die Maschinen dafür zu benutzen. Ich hatte Angst, dass mein Maximum ein Klimmzug oder eine runde 0 sein würde. Ein Freund wies mich auf eine Stange hin, die er in seiner Wohnung befestigen konnte. Ich nahm die Herausforderung an. Ich habe es nicht bereut. Ich trainiere mehrmals pro Woche, und die Fortschritte sind sichtbar. Außerdem muss ich keinen Fitnessstudioausweis kaufen und profitiere trotzdem davon. Ich empfehle es Anfängern im Kraftsport, aber auch Leuten mit Erfahrung. Über die Leistung kann man sich nicht beschweren.
