How does HHW12 work?
The operation of HHW12 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (weight) attached. When performing circular movements with the hips, centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles in a state of tension.

Training and massage in one:
Through the 360-degree movement, the springs located in the heads located around the entire circumference of the loop perfectly absorb overloads and adapt to the body, which creates an additional massage effect, providing the body with a pleasant feeling. An additional advantage is the ability to change the length of the gravity ball strip. It ranges from 24 cm to 40 cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during exercise, i.e. the greater the weight and the higher the difficulty of performing rotations.

The device has a structure made of high-quality PVC. The rail is mounted on ball bearings made of stainless steel. All this together makes the rotation flexible and undisturbed, which further enhances the feeling of satisfaction during training. Compact size and easy installation:
We open the loop using magnetic clips. Then, to connect subsequent elements, slide one element into the other so that the protrusions fit into the appropriate holes. When reducing elements, grab the appropriate element with one hand and squeeze it to remove the tabs from the holes. Then insert the gravity ball rail into the loop, close the clips with a magnet, adjust the length of the strap and that's it. Additionally, thanks to its compact size, it is easy to carry, you can take this product with you everywhere.
