*Range of motion: Large pedals with a non-slip and vibration-damping surface have an ergonomic design and ensure optimal, natural movement. The universal step length for all users is 50.8 cm
*Accessories: The Elliptical Machine has many useful accessories, including an integrated tray for a tablet or phone and a water bottle holder.
*Wheels: Transport wheels allow users to move the unit easily and safely.
*Brake: Built-in, self-powered braking system allows the user to "free ride". This means that when the user stops exercising, the pedals also stop moving.
*Resistance Levels: An important feature in virtually all areas of fitness and exercise is the possibility of progression and regression. The ability to change resistance levels allows users to start with a light resistance and increase it as their strength and endurance improve. This also allows for more varied training - which is important during interval or sprint training. There are 20 resistance levels available. The console is easy to use, offering many pre-built programs.
